With a purchase of a PC or any product from Techart Gaming, we do not, and will not, install any monitoring software on our prebuilt computers, trade-in computers, and repairs. In addition, Techart Gaming does not access the private history of any personal computers, unless permitted by the consumer for repair situations. 

Under the situation that unlawful actions have been committed towards our company, we instill the right to access your personal information: such as, but not limited to, private history on trade-in computers.
